"A film of Marilyn Monroe on the set of " The Misfits ", her last completed movie, brought $60,000 at an auction of cinema memorabilia held by Julien’s Auctions at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas on Saturday, The Associated Press reported. The 47-minute film, “On the Set With " The Misfits " was shot by Stanley Floyd Kilarr, an extra in the movie, and includes candid bits with Monroe, above in a still from the movie, Clark Gable, Montgomery Clift and the director John Huston. The auction also included a disco ball from “Saturday Night Fever,” an original script of “The Godfather” signed by Marlon Brando, and Alfred Hitchcock’s driver’s license." in The New York Times.
